My Goals For Hilliard City Schools

2. Support and Empower our Educators and Support Staff
Our teachers and staff are the backbone of our schools. I will listen to their needs, collaborate with them to solve problems, and support professional development opportunities that help them grow and thrive.

3. Promote Transparent Communication and Community Engagement
As a parent and volunteer, I know the vital role that meaningful and consistent communication serves in our schools. I will work to ensure families and all community members are informed, heard, and actively engaged in our schools.
